We completely gutted most of the home. We did renovations inside and out. We did the kitchen with all new appliances and backsplash, all 3 bathrooms, all the flooring in the home, new interior doors and exterior front door, all paint and trim. We removed trees from the property, graded the yard, built a retaining wall and outside railing to match the inside cable railing we built to get the property ready for a sale.
